 Most diets and lifestyle changes are a “one size fits all” program that don’t address each client’s ‘individual’ issues. And honestly, what we eat is only ‘part’ of the solution!!

 Our approach is different.

For any diet or lifestyle change to be successful, it’s essential to consider all physical, psychological and emotional needs. This is ‘the key’ to obtaining your natural healthy body weight and quality health.  Actually we do not teach any particular ‘diet’ as such.   You will be able to set achievable goals and plan your own natural and healthy way of eating to sustain health and wellness for the long term.

The weekend will be packed with fun, education, techniques, hypnosis sessions and lots more. 

 2 Day ‘Mind-Body’  Weight & Health Workshop

If you are struggling with health concerns like: diabetes, heart issues, malabsorption, anxiety, thyroid, lupus, autoimmune disorders, inflammation, toxins, depression, gut/digestive dysfunction, coeliac,  MS, arthritis, neurological problems, stress, negative thinking, weight loss/gain, IBS, insomnia, muscle & joint pain, constipation, diarrhoea, dermatitis, psoriasis, headaches, migraines, cravings, mood swings, ataxia, parasites, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia or allergies… just to name a few, you will discover that what you eat is only ONE part of the solution!

The Mindful Eating Method is just one of the many techniques that you will learn that will put YOU back in control of your health and eating patterns:

  • No more denial or feelinghopeless & desperate for a solution to your weight & health concerns
  • No more feeling hungry &/or starving yourself & beating up on yourself
  • No more binging, weighing foods, counting calories or fat grams
  • No more trying numerous diets, programs, packets, powders and medications only to be left disappointed, confused, exhausted & probably worse than when you started.

You will experience the pleasure of eating the foods you love without guilt… releasing any blame associated with what you eat and how you may look.

You will discover how to:

* Stop yo-yo dieting, set goals to comfortably return your body to its natural & healthy weight using practical & easy to do techniques

  • Reprogram the way you think about food, what you eat & experience the pleasure of eating the foods you ‘love’ without guilt or any emotional attachment, as well as:
